1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and boss8055 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the boss8055 platform, including all related websites, mobile interfaces, APIs, and services operated under the domain boss8055.win (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration & Security

3.4 Account Closure

Upon closure, all pending bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your MYR wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. The Company does not charge fees on standard MYR deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own service fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.

4.4 Currency

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards ("Bonuses") offered by boss8055 are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value). Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: wagering with low house-edge bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering with a third party's funds; and any coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit promotions without genuine risk of loss.

5.4 Bonus Validity

Bonuses not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any Bonus before opting in.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In general:
